Over the life of the well, there may be numerous changes in ownership. Processing ownership changes requires written documentation that reflects any or all of the following:

We will send you an informational packet to help you assemble the necessary paperwork to make the changes go as smooth as possible. Upon notification of a change of ownership, accounts will be placed in suspense until all questions regarding the change can be cleared up. Once all the changes are verified, and all of the information is correct, then the account will start receiving monthly payments again.
