To better serve our royalty owners, BBX Operating, LLC maintains a team of dedicated land and accounting professionals to specifically address transfers or interest, revenue payment issues, and any other questions or concerns.
Royalties are paid by the last business day of the month. We ask that royalty owners wait at least 10 business days after checks are mailed before calling about a missing check. If a check is believed to be missing, please call our revenue department at (512)263-9212 x300 or email at revenue@bbxllc.com
Most royalty owners receive a monthly check. Small amounts are accumulated every month until they reach a certain threshold, either $100 or year end (whichever comes first).
Payments for oil and natural gas are typically paid two months in arrears so, for example, January production is typically paid in March
